360 degree feedback or multisource feedback (MSF) targets more than one audience, providing you with a clearer picture of how you are viewed and where improvements can be made.
Based at the University of Exeter, CFEP produce validated surveys that are published in peer-reviewed journals.

CFEP offer the facility to complete the CFET online. Subsequent to CFEP receiving a completed application form, colleagues will have the opportunity to provide their feedback online.

We have provided individual patient and/or colleague feedback to over 3,000 clinicians from 100 trusts.
We find that paper surveys work best for patient feedback and a combination of paper and electronic feedback for colleagues (90% use the electronic version).
The process has been designed to be as minimally disruptive as possible.
