CFEP UK Surveys has developed a range of workshops to promote further
professional development.
Our team of experienced presenters will engage delegates through interactive
learning to identify techniques and encourage greater confidence.
The skills can be rehearsed in a safe environment
Usually a half-day programme where customer-facing staff can build on the
skills needed to interact with and talk to patients.
Our presenter can answer your questions and give advice about the specific
challenges you have faced and continue to face.
A very popular (usually half-day) programme where health professionals
can improve their interpersonal and consulting skills.
Often used after a patient survey and based on the patient feed-back.
Selects and rehearses key interpersonal skills that can improve
doctor-patient relationships.
Develops action-plans to bring communication techniques into your practice.
Can be a half-day or full-day programme where health professionals
explore in detail the skills involved in motivating patients to self-care.
Offers training in the specific relationship-building skills that enable
patients to initiate and sustain behavioural change.
Often used after a patient survey and based on feed-back obtained from
the PPiC survey.
CFEP can tailor workshops to your requirements and our knowledgeable
staff are always happy to discuss these with you.
We aim for our workshops to offer value for money. We usually ask that
the number of delegates does not exceed 15. The cost for a workshop is
generally between £850 and £2000, including presenter travel.
